What always stays free?

Medication schedules, journal entries, everyday health logging, local/app reminders, and one permanent read-only trusted connection remain available on Heali Free.

Does my trusted connection disappear after the Family preview?

No. The connection remains. After 14 days, paid Family features such as proactive alerts, weekly summaries, multiple profiles, and escalation tools pause unless the household chooses Family.

What counts as a connected call minute?

Only the time after a reminder call connects counts toward the connected-minute allowance. Failed or unanswered attempts do not count as connected minutes.

Why do voice, scans, and calls have limits?

These features create ongoing AI and communication costs. Clear allowances keep pricing understandable and help Heali deliver reliable service without restricting core medication and journal records.

What if a household needs more capacity?

A higher-capacity household upgrade can be offered in the app when a Family household approaches its limits, with more profiles, caregivers, voice, calls, scanning, exports, and assisted onboarding.
